Does a Body Scan on a 12-Year-Old Girl Qualify as Child Pornography?

Does ordering a 12-year-old girl through an airport body scanner without parental consent constitute as child pornography, or sexual assault against a minor?

Some FlyerTalk members argue that having the body of a 12-year-old girl exposed by an airport checkpoint full body scanner is no different than taking a photograph of the same girl nude, as her entire naked body is reportedly exposed. Is this scenario exacerbated when this is done without parental consent? Does the child suffer from trauma as a result of the experience? Is this situation considered a strip search?
