Terms and Conditions

An eligible night is defined as any night where you are paying an eligible rate, as defined in the terms and conditions of the Hyatt Gold Passport frequent guest loyalty program; and you will only receive eligible night credit for their room — regardless of the number of rooms for which you paid. You must provide your Hyatt Gold Passport membership number at the time you check in; and you must choose points or miles for your stay.

Please allow up to three weeks after your qualifying stay for bonus points to be posted to your Hyatt Gold Passport account.

Other terms and conditions apply.

Summary

This promotion is essentially an encore of the Stay More Play More promotion earlier this year, which proved to be popular — unlike the current iteration of the MegaBonus promotion by Marriott Rewards.

Similarly to Hyatt Gold Passport, several other frequent guest loyalty programs essentially continued or reran promotions from earlier this year — such as Hilton HHonors and Choice Privileges.

With few exceptions, 75,000 Gold Passport points can be redeemed for two or more nights anywhere in the world, with as many as 15 nights at a Category 1 hotel property. This is one of the better promotions by a lodging company in recent years in terms of earning frequent guest loyalty program points, in my opinion; and — as with the similar promotion offered earlier this year — I intend to register for it.

Registration is simple, quick and free of charge; and the reasons for not registering for this promotion are few and far between. I would recommend doing so — even you do not have immediate plans to stay at a hotel or resort property within the Hyatt portfolio of brands.
