Earn Up to 5,000 AAdvantage Miles When You Join Sam’s Club As a Member

You can earn up to 5,000 American Airlines AAdvantage miles when you join Sam’s Club as a member — but just how many of those miles you can earn depends on which current level of elite status you had already earned.

Earn Up to 5,000 AAdvantage Miles When You Join Sam’s Club As a Member

Once you are confirmed as enrolled in a Sam’s Savings or Plus membership, you will receive an e-mail message with instructions on how to enter a code in order to receive the bonus AAdvantage miles for signing up with Sam’s Club. You will then receive an e-mail message from the American Airlines AAdvantage frequent flier loyalty program confirming that the appropriate amount of bonus AAdvantage miles have been deposited in your AAdvantage membership account.

You assume full responsibility to ensure that the code provided to you is promptly entered in accordance to the terms and conditions of this offer — as well as any instructions provided in the e-mail message by either Sam’s Club or American Airlines in order to receive the appropriate amount of bonus AAdvantage miles, which will be applied up to eight weeks after your purchase of a qualifying Sam’s Club membership.

Simply enter your AAdvantage membership number and then choose your membership type — you can compare the benefits of the different membership types as Sam’s Club here before choosing which one is best for you — and you will earn the number of bonus AAdvantage miles based on your current elite level status and the Sam’s Club membership you have chosen:

Sam’s Club Savings or Business — $45.00

  • 1,500 miles for AAdvantage
  • 2,000 miles for AAdvantage Gold and Platinum
  • 2,500 miles for AAdvantage Platinum Pro, Executive Platinum and Concierge Key

Sam’s Club Plus — $100.00

  • 3,000 miles for AAdvantage
  • 4,000 miles for AAdvantage Gold and Platinum
  • 5,000 miles for AAdvantage Platinum Pro, Executive Platinum and Concierge Key

Terms and Conditions

Additional cards or individuals added to your Sam’s Club membership do not qualify the sign-up bonus — regardless of whether or not they are also members of the American Airlines AAdvantage frequent flier loyalty program.

Please allow at least 72 hours for any new membership related to enrollment as a member of Sam’s Club or the issuance of any sign-up bonus to be processed.

If your Sam’s Club membership is terminated, cancelled or downgraded for any reason within the first six months of the date of your confirmed enrollment as a new Sam’s Club member, you forfeit the sign-up bonus.

You must be 18 years of age or older to purchase a Sam’s Club membership; and membership cards are non-transferable and are valid at Sam’s Club locations nationwide.

Other rules, terms, conditions and restrictions may apply.

Summary

If you prefer to join ass a member of Sam’s Club at one of its locations, an option is available through which you can give your details and information; and you will be sent an e-mail message which you can show in person at the club.

I see no expiration date for this offer, which indicates to me that this promotion is ongoing; so if you do not have the elite level status required for the number of bonus AAdvantage miles you would like to earn, you can probably wait until next year — especially as you can participate in this offer only once; so choose when to join wisely.

A fall preview event — through which you can preview the products and savings — is scheduled at Sam’s Club locations for one day only on Saturday, August 5, 2017.

As I am not interested in joining as a member of Sam’s Club at this time, I am not participating in this offer — but perhaps this offer will work to your AAdvantage.
