The Airbus A321 aircraft of Airblue, a private commercial airline, crashed into the Margalla mountains in Islamabad after being denied landing on its first approach to Islamabad Airport, apparently due to foggy conditions and flight traffic. The flight originated in Manchester with stops in Turkey and Karachi.
An investigation is pending.
