“Shh…You’ll Wake Up the Flight Attendant…”
With certain exceptions, flights operated with regional jet aircraft usually are assigned only one flight attendant. The flight attendant in this case allegedly dozed through most of the 35-minute flight, but did perform all required duties.
As FlyerTalk members post their observations and experience, snoozing flight attendants apparently happen more often than one might think.
Is the safety of the passengers compromised when the flight attendant falls asleep? Is this a customer service issue, a compliance issue, or both? Is this simply acceptable and understandable behavior?
