3 Billion Mile Giveaway: Free 500 Miles by Entering For a Chance to Win a Free Round-Trip Flight From Frontier Airlines
F rom a total of a 3 billion mile giveaway from Frontier Airlines, you could earn 500 free and easy EarlyReturns frequent flier loyalty program miles — and possibly win one of three round-trip flights worth an approximate retail value of $250.00 each — when you participate in this creative promotion anytime from now through Tuesday, July 21, 2015 at 11:59 in the evening Mountain Daylight Time.
The contest commemorates when the New Frontiers program of the National Aeronautics and Space Administration — more popularly known as NASA — will reveal the closest photographs of the dwarf planet known as Pluto, which is supposedly three billion miles away from Earth…
…but actually, the distance depends on the locations of the planets in relation to the sun, according to this article by Nola Taylor Redd for Space.com: “The planets in the solar system travel in elliptical orbits rather than perfect circles, and so the distances between them are constantly changing. At its most distant, when the two bodies are on the opposite sides of the sun from one another, Pluto lies 4.67 billion miles (7.5 billion kilometers) from Earth. At their closest, the two are only 2.66 billion miles (4.28 billion km) apart.”
I digress as usual — in this case, probably because I am spaced out — but I did not planet that way…
…anyway, up to three billion EarlyReturns frequent flier loyalty program miles are up for grabs from Frontier Airlines during this contest; and all you need to do is enter for your chance to win one of three round-trip flights operated by Frontier Airlines — and by doing so, receive 500 of those miles. Only one entry is permitted per person; but you can earn an additional bonus entry when someone you refer enters this promotion.
This promotion is open to all legal residents of 47 states in the United States — including the District of Columbia but excluding Florida, New York and Rhode Island; and void in Puerto Rico and where prohibited by law — who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
Additional terms and conditions apply as per the official rules for this promotion.
By the way: did anyone else notice the minor error in the text of the image shown at the top of this article?
I have never flown as a passenger on Frontier Airlines even though I have been a member of the EarlyReturns frequent flier loyalty program for years; but I have already entered this promotion anyway.
