A First Look at the New Boeing 787 and Airbus A380 Aircraft of British Airways

An invitation was extended by British Airways to FlyerTalk to visit the Heathrow engineering base this morning to take a look up close and in person at both the new Boeing B787 “Dreamliner” and Airbus A380 aircraft.
FlyerTalk member Oxon Flyer — who is one of the moderators of the British Airways Executive Club forum on FlyerTalk — has posted a number of photographs from his visit as a representative of FlyerTalk on short notice to the engineering base at London Heathrow Airport earlier this morning, which includes the interiors and exteriors of both aircraft.
The A380 aircraft arrived from the Airbus factory in Toulouse yesterday; while the B787 “Dreamliner” was delivered by Boeing only recently.
If you have any questions pertaining to either aircraft, Oxon Flyer has graciously offered to “endeavour” to answer them.
Additionally, FlyerTalk member sven-hennig has posted a photographic trip report here.
