American Airlines is giving away 25,000 AAdvantage frequent flier loyalty program miles per day through July 24, 2013 to 29 lucky winners — one winner per day — each of whom is “caught daydreaming” about where that person would like to travel.
You could be one of those 29 winners — provided that you have first registered for this sweepstakes, watched a brief video and you are selected as a prize winner. You can enter one one time per day every day throughout the duration of this promotion.
If you are not a winner, you will still receive 2,500 American Airlines AAdvantage frequent flier loyalty program miles off award redemption for flights on either American Airlines or its partner airlines if you use the Award Map to book a flight by July 24, 2013 using your American Airlines AAdvantage frequent flier loyalty program miles for travel between September 4, 2013 and November 20, 2013 — and you are eligible for a maximum of only one rebate during this promotion.
As you may have guessed, the main purpose of this sweepstakes is to promote the Award Map at the official Internet web site of American Airlines.
This sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older; 19 years of age or older in Nebraska and Alabama; or 21 years of age or older in Mississippi. Curiously, however, that entry cannot be made from a computer, mechanical device, or electronic device at a place of business in the State of Georgia — so if you are based in Georgia, I would have to assume that you can only enter this sweepstakes from a device in your home.
Other rules, terms and conditions apply.
FlyerTalk members are participating in this sweepstakes, but no one has announced that they won — yet, anyway — as the sweepstakes only started today.
If you are participating in this sweepstakes, good luck to you — and may you be a winner!
