Refunds are not permitted on tickets except in accordance with the cancellation policy of Delta Air Lines.

Fees may apply for downgrades or reissued tickets and itinerary changes.

Changes to award tickets must occur at least 72 hours prior to the departure time of the flight being changed. No changes will be permitted to the originating flight of award tickets booked within 72 hours; however, changes to the return are permitted if the return flight is not within 72 hours and the change is made at least 72 hours prior to flight departure. Fees apply for any changes; and taxes and fees will apply. Voluntary changes to award tickets after this promotion has ended may result in an increase in the cost of SkyMiles.

Many other terms and conditions — including the costs of taxes and baggage charges — apply to each offer. Be sure to review them prior to redeeming your SkyMiles for your flight reservations.

Summary

If you are interested in other values pertaining to select domestic SkyMiles award flights within the United States, you can redeem as few as 11,000 SkyMiles round-trip for domestic travel within the United States from Tuesday, January 15, 2019 through Sunday, March 31, 2019, by when all travel must be completed — but you must purchase your ticket and book your reservation no later than Wednesday, October 31, 2018.

Do not confuse this sale with the monthly SkyMiles sale, which will be available sometime next month.

You can compare the redemption rates of this sale to when award charts used to exist. This sale is very good to excellent; and award seat availability is not scarce for many of these offers at the time this article was written.

Quite a thank you, without a single ATL (the headquarters of the acquirer) deal to be had.

I see Atlanta to Boston, Philadelphia, Tampa, Austin and Cincinnati, RetiredATLATC — all for only 10,000 SkyMiles round trip.

As you note in the final paragraph, DL does not have award charts and therefore the term SALE does not apply. The best that can be said is that DL appears to have temporarily reduced the absurd number of miles that it commonly requires for award travel to a level that is closer to what is found on other major airlines. But do not give DL credit or publicity for a “SALE” when there are no award charts.
