…but you must register for this promotion prior to checking into your first eligible stay at a participating hotel or resort property — and not only are you required to provide your Best Western Rewards membership account number at the time of booking your reservation; but you must also complete the eligible stay during the promotion period.

If you want to participate in this promotion but are not yet a member of the Best Western Rewards frequent guest loyalty program, you must first join as a member — which is free of charge — prior to your first eligible stay.

The nine countries in Asia in which this promotion is valid include:

  1. Indonesia
  2. Japan
  3. Laos
  4. Malaysia
  5. Myanmar
  6. Pakistan
  7. Philippines
  8. Thailand
  9. Vietnam

Select Terms and Conditions

Through this promotion, you will earn an award of Best Western Rewards bonus points equal to the standard amount of Best Western Rewards points that will be received for the eligible stay — meaning that you will be provided twice the standard Best Western Reward points applicable during the eligible stay.

You are limited to three bonus points awards that may be earned through this promotion.

No extensions, substitutions, or replacements available. Promotion is not valid with any other offer, promotion, or discount. Promotion is subject to cancellation or change without notice. Please allow up to three weeks after the eligible stay is completed for posting of bonus points. Any bonus points award is in addition to the standard Best Western Rewards points earning structure.

Reservations which are booked on the Best Western mobile web site or mobile software application program will also be eligible for a bonus points award.

An eligible stay — for the purpose of this promotion — is defined as one or more consecutive nights at the same hotel or resort property branded as Best Western at a rate eligible for earning points or earning airline or partner rewards through the Best Western Rewards frequent guest loyalty program. Exceptions of a stay include reservations booked through an Internet travel agency; a tour operator; and at a special discounted rate. You are permitted to check in and check out of the hotel or resort property only once per qualified stay — meaning that two consecutive nights at a hotel property will not constitute two consecutive stays. Eligible stays which occur during the promotion period where the date of when you check in or check out of the hotel property overlaps the beginning or ending of the promotion period will be counted towards the promotion.

Other terms and conditions — including those of the Best Western Rewards frequent guest loyalty program — apply.

Summary

Apparently, you can only take advantage of this offer three times during the promotion period. I am not sure why the earning of double Best Western Rewards points is not unlimited — especially when it is restricted to only nine countries in Asia during a period of three months.

Despite the limitations, this is a good offer if you already plan on staying in hotel and resort properties which participate in the Best Western Rewards frequent guest loyalty program during the promotion period — but this offer is not worth going out of your way to earn those double Best Western Rewards points, in my opinion.
