Either people live to eat or eat to live — whether traveling or dining out or simply having a meal at home. Sometimes a good recipe helps when you do not want to go to a restaurant; and although you cannot cook while traveling aboard an airplane as a passenger, you can pick up a few items at a grocery store near a hotel property at which you are staying and whip up a quick and satisfying meal — especially if your room is equipped with a miniature refrigerator, a microwave oven, and a coffee pot.
