Frequent Flyer Program Award Redemption Satisfaction Survey Deadline Extended

As first posted here at The Gate, there is a poll posted by Frequent Business Traveler magazine in collaboration with FlyerTalk pertaining to frequent flier loyalty program award satisfaction — but the deadline has been extended through Monday, June 11, 2012.
The 2012 Frequent Flyer Program Award Redemption Satisfaction Survey is the second in a series of polls resulting from the aforementioned collaboration. Most FlyerTalk members are members airline frequent flier loyalty programs and spend quite a bit of time in airplanes in the quest to earn benefits and elite status — and depending how an airline frequent flier loyalty program treats you can either have you feeling like a member of royalty, or it can potentially foster issues and situations which can drive you absolutely insane.
The primary purpose of this particular discussion is for you to opine, elaborate on your thoughts and relate your experiences as a member of one or more airline frequent flier loyalty programs.
Results of this poll will be announced both online in the magazine and here on FlyerTalk.
