Job Offer: Travel the United States For One Month Summer 2018 With Days Inn

You love to travel and enjoy it so much that you are willing to pay to do it — that is a likely conclusion to assume if you are reading The Gate — but how would you like to get paid $10,000.00 to travel to select sunny destinations around the United States for one month and take photographs?

Job Offer: Travel the United States For One Month Summer 2018 With Days Inn

Over the course of one month during the summer of 2018, Days Inn is seeking a creative amateur photographer with a passion for adventure and who is a thrill-seeker looking for new, unforgettable experiences with the ability to travel to select sunny cities across the United States of America and “capture as many sun-inspired photos as your camera roll will hold” — and that person could be you if you are a resident of the United States who is a minimum of 21 years of age.

To apply for this job, simply send to the e-mail address your favorite original outdoor photograph and explain in 100 words why you are the best person for the job by Sunday, May 20, 2018.

In return, a “sun-tern” — which is an intern who enjoys the sun — for Days Inn will receive:

  • A stipend of $10,000.00
  • Your photographs featured on the official Internet web site and social channels of Days Inn brand — as well as on the walls at select Days Inn hotel properties in the United States
  • Paid travel expenses to explore sunny destinations around the United States for one month
  • Wyndham Rewards Diamond elite level status — which gives you access to such benefits as early check-in, late checkout, and more
  • A glowing recommendation upon completion of the Sun-ternship from Barry Goldstein, who is the executive vice president and chief marketing officer of Wyndham Hotel Group

This promotion is amongst the latest iteration of “jobs” where you will get paid to travel the world if you are selected from one of the hundreds or thousands of applicants — such as this one which you can travel the world for three months with WOW Air, whose deadline is Monday, May 14, 2018 at 11:59 in the evening Coordinated Universal Time.

Similar promotions in the past included ones from The New York Times and THIRDHOME.

Are you the “sun-tern” which Days Inn — or, more accurately, ICF Olson — wants to hire for one month this summer?
