The terms and conditions of this offer state that only members of the Mileage Plan frequent flier loyalty program who were targeted with this offer are eligible; and I was targeted. Even though I loathe posting articles about targeted offers, this seems to me to potentially be one of those offers through which anyone can qualify.

If you decide to try to book a ticket for a flight with the discount even though you were not targeted, please let me know if you were successful.
