To Which of These 54 Great Towers Have You Been?

Whether it is from an airplane, the top of a mountain, or a tall building or tower, I enjoy a great view. To observe humanity milling about from hundreds of meters above is simply a sight to behold, in my opinion.

While researching what to do and where to go for an upcoming trip, I stumbled upon what is known as the World Federation of Towers — of which I have never heard — which “exists to showcase the great towers of the world and celebrate the astonishing feats of architecture and engineering that created them.”

Of those 54 towers, can you guess which one I may be considering visiting?

Articles containing trip reports or photographs of great towers which I have already visited – and will not travel to this year — include:

I’ve been to 7 on the list. Having the skylon tower on the list really took me back. I went there as a kid in the early 70’s… had an amusement park and arcade on the lower level. The revolving restaurant at the top was amazing too. I wonder if it’s still there. Thanks for the memories!!

Hi Brian. My favourite tower used to be your forehead, but it is now the Chicken Zinger Tower.
