What is Wrong With This Photograph? Part 34: Coronavirus Edition

During one of the many long walks which I have been taking recently in the midst of the 2019 Novel Coronavirus pandemic, I stepped inside a supermarket — only to be greeted by empty shelves which used to hold toilet paper, pasta, napkins, flour, facial tissues, rice, and eggs…

Nothing’s wrong. You came to the “Only Need a Little?” Section, and they delivered.

(But I do wonder what was in those 2 packages that had zero takers.)

    1. Brian Cohen says:

I have a close-up photograph of those two packages, colleen.

Each package was a different flavor of turkey patties.

I will post the photograph in one of the future Answers articles…

    … and I IMMEDIATELY noticed…

It’s all about you. You’re so observant. I like your cute photos but the attitude underlying the last few you’ve posted with how superior you are for having IMMEDIATELY noticed something so obvious is getting a little OBNOXIOUS.

Your comment is duly noted, Matt B.

Next time, I will write that several weeks have elapsed before I finally noticed anything.

The sign is meant for people only wanting a partial package and not the whole thing, Not likely these days.

Where’s the Beef? Sorry, I couldn’t help it (Millenial Translation: Once upon a time in a world before social media where we didn’t panic over serious disease outbreaks like Ebola, H1N1, MERS, etc. there was this advertisement from a place we used to call a “restaurant”. This one “restaurant” called Wendy’s ran advertisements on Television with two older ladies that would question a rival “restaurant” on the amount of actual meat from cattle in their hamburgers by comically yelling “Where’s the Beef?” in a comedic fashion with shrill voices. We all used to laugh at that back during those good old days).
